These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-messaging program operated by Click and Mortar Investments LLC ("we", "us", or "our") and are incorporated into our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

We send conversational, transactional text messages to property owners who have contacted us or submitted a form regarding the sale of their property. Messages may include offer follow-up, scheduling, document delivery (e.g., purchase agreements, closing instructions), and updates related to your transaction with Click and Mortar Investments LLC. We do not send promotional blasts.

How to Opt In (Express Written Consent)

You provide your prior express written consent to receive SMS messages from us when you:

• Submit a form on https://www.clickandmortarinvestments.com that includes your mobile number and the SMS consent disclosure;
• Text us first at 833-388-5683 or any of our state numbers; or
• Verbally authorize SMS communication during a phone call with our team.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to receive a cash offer. You may instead choose to communicate by phone or email.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your responses and the stage of your transaction. Typical volume is 2–10 messages per active conversation.

You may opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us through this program. Supported Carriers

The program is compatible with all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers, opt-in records, and message content are used solely to communicate with you about your property and transaction. Our messaging-platform vendor and CRM process this data only on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

You must be 18 years or older and the account holder, or have authority from the account holder, to opt in.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. We will notify enrolled users by SMS of any material changes where required by law.
